First, you can sign up for a subscription. By selecting this option, you’ll automatically receive boxes until you cancel. (Cancellation is an easy, one-step process on our website). When you sign up for a subscription, you can choose your box of 5pcs, 10pcs, 20pcs, 30pcs, 40pc or 50pcs of snacks and then you can choose the plan, whether you want to pay for one-time or you can choose the subscription plan from 3, 6 or 12 months.

Yes, when you place an order, you will be asked to include an order note. However, please note that there is a limit of 150 characters for the order note. If your note exceeds 150 characters, it will be cut off.
Yes, we do have an Add on option, you can add the flower, Gift wrap to your box and Greeting Card of every occasion.
Yes, we offer subscription plan of snacks in a variety of sizes from 5pcs to 50pcs snack boxes allowing subscribers to get international treats they want to eat. You can do the one-time purchase or subscribe with us for 3-month, 6 month or 12-month period so you can avail discount and don’t have to buy each time.

Unfortunately, snack boxes are not returnable after purchase as we are considered food and beverages. However, if you do not receive your order, we will happily issue a refund. Please reach out to us if you have not received your Shukran Habibi Snack box and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Options include sending a new box or issuing a discount code for you to use on a future order.

Unfortunately, we are not able to individually customize the boxes. Please be aware that all the snack are directly from manufacturer and they manufactured in a facility that also handles common allergens such as wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, soybeans, eggs, milk, fish, and shellfish. If you have severe food allergies please do not purchase our product.

We offer bulk buying for all of our subscription options. Please contact us for orders of 10 boxes or more, and a representative will help you place the order. To finalize the order, we’ll need address information for each recipient.
If your payment was declined while attempting to sign up for a subscription, the decline is likely caused by a lack of available credit, or your bank believes the charge may be fraudulent. If you’ve confirmed your card has enough credit available then kindly contact your bank to see why they are blocking the transaction.
If you previously had a subscription that has been cancelled, you can sign up for a new subscription by following the normal signup process through our subscribe page.
Yes. If you have a monthly subscription for 3, 6 or 12 months and if you would like to skip a month then please contact support with your order number and they can skip one month for you. Please inform us at least week earlier and before the start of the month that you want to skip.

Once you place your order, your first box will be delivered within 2-3 days. Subsequent boxes will be shipped by the 7th of each month. We ship daily of the week, excluding Sunday.
