This website is operated by ShukranHabibi. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ShukranHabibi. Shukran Habibi offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. 

We run a subscription-based service and send correlated packaged snacks to people wanting to explore new & popular snacks from all over the world. Our goal is to provide you with new snacks on every month. We send it to you all packed up and ready to eat. We call it Shukran Habibi Snack box and would love for you to try it.

Shukran Habibi offers snacks in a variety of sizes from 5 pcs to 50 pcs snack boxes allowing subscribers to get international treats they want to eat. ShukranHabibi offer Free delivery all over UAE from RAK to Abu Dhabi.

We ask that you please eat responsibly as some of our snacks may contain allergens such as but not limited to: peanuts, almonds, cashews, walnuts, various fruits, gluten, lactose, eggs, shellfish, soy, wheat, etc. If you are unsure if a particular snack has an allergen in its ingredients, do not eat it!

The website located at www.shukranhabibi.ae (the "Site") is a copyrighted work belonging to Shukran Habibi (“Company”, “us”, “our”, and “we”). The following terms and conditions govern all use of the Shukranhabibi.ae website and all content, services and products available at or through the website, including, but not limited to, Shukranhabibi.ae ("Shukran Habibi"). The Website is owned and operated by Shukran Habibi.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing any part of this website and subscribing to our service you agree and become bound by these terms and conditions in this agreement and all other operating rules, policies (including, without limitation, Shukran Habibi Privacy Policy) and procedures that may be published on this Site by Shukran Habibi. (Collectively, the “Agreement”). Shukran Habibi and its services are only available to adults age 18 and over in the United Arab Emirates. Continued use of the site constitutes your agreement to these terms as they may be amended from time to time without prior notice.

BILLING FOR SUBSCRIPTION

By purchasing a subscription product, you agree to pay the price on product pages as per the following subscription plan mentioned below.

- One Time Purchase - No Subscription

- Prepaid 3 Months - 1 Box Every Month up to 3 Months Subscription

- Prepaid 6 Months - 1 Box Every Month up to 6 Months Subscription

- Prepaid 12 Months - 1 Box Every Month up to 12 Months Subscription

An initial payment for the One-time purchase, 3months, 6month or 12month of the subscription will be charged immediately upon signing up.

Shukran Habibi will automatically bill your debit/credit card provided during the initial purchase for the listed amount on the page. Subscriptions are paid for up front and may not be refunded or cancelled until you cancel your Service then remaining months amount of subscription will be refund to you. For example, if you subscribe and pay for 6 months subscription and you cancel your subscription after 2 months then remaining subscription amount of 4 months will only be refund to you.

You hereby authorize Shukran Habibi to bill your debit/credit card as described above. If any fee cannot be charged to your debit/credit card for any reason, we may provide you, via email, notice of such non-payment and a link for you to update your payment information. If such non-payment is not remedied within 7 days after receiving notice of non-payment, then we may terminate the subscription.

MONTHLY DELIVERY

If you chose one time purchase or any subscribe module, we will ship you a parcel with a various selection of snacks that may consist of a selection from Chips, Chocolates, Candies, Nuts, Drinks, Juices, Biscuits, Jellies, Crackers, Pop Corn, Honey, Noddle’s, Tea/Coffee Stick pack or other snack-related items (“Products”). Each renewal of your subscription, the selection of Products may change. Accordingly, Shukran Habibi cannot guarantee that a selection will be available in any particular or subsequent timeframe.

BY SUBSCRIBING YOU AGREE TO PAY THE SUBSCRIPTION FEE FOR THE PRODUCTS THAT ARE SUPPLIED EACH DELIVERY.

It is your responsibility to review the ingredients of each product to avoid allergic reactions or other side effects. The products within the box are not manufactured by Shukran Habibi, but rather by Shukran Habibi’s suppliers.

DUE TO PRODUCT AVAILABILITY, SOME ITEMS MAY BE SUBSTITUTED FROM TIME TO TIME WITH VARYING FLAVORS

SHIPPING

Shukran Habibi Snack Boxes are shipped out every day Monday through Saturday. Snack box shipped via Standard Shipping companies may take between 1-3 business days to arrive. Shukran Habibi offer Free delivery all over UAE from RAK to Abu Dhabi.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES 

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. 
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. 

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. 

PRODUCTS OR SERVICES (if applicable) 

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the online store(Shukranhabibi.ae). We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. 

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.

All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited. 

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected. 

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our online store (Shukranhabibi.ae). You agree to promptly update your information like your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.

PROMOTIONAL CODES AND DISCOUNTS

  • Promo Codes can only be redeemed online.
  • You must be 18 years or older to redeem a promo code.
  • Void where prohibited by law.
  • Only one (1) promo code may be redeemed per user account/per household/per promotion.
  • Promo codes are redeemable at shukranhabibi.ae only.
  • Promo codes cannot be used in combination with other discounts, coupons, promotions, or other promo codes.
  • Promo codes must be entered at check out in order to be applied to your order 
  • Promo codes can not be applied after order is submitted.
  • Promo codes cannot be applied to previously placed orders.
  • Promo codes are not valid towards electronic gift cards unless specifically stated in promotional material.
  • Promo codes are not valid towards gift purchases or gift subscriptions unless specifically stated in promotional material.
  • Promotions have no cash value.
  • Even if a code is accepted at check out, all orders are reviewed by the Shukran Habibi Customer Support team prior to fulfillment. If orders are deemed in violation of any of these Terms and Conditions, they will be adjusted accordingly.

TERMINATION

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes. 

These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Subscription Services and you can cancel the subscription service by filling the "Contact" form.

If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Subscription Services (or any part thereof). 

SNACKS FOR CORPORATE GIFT

Snacks For Corporate gift allows customer to send a one-time individual Shukran Habibi snacks to onsite or remote employees directly to their home or personal workplace in UAE. Shukran Habibi Snacks provides different subscription plan and the Customer can send 5 pcs snacks to 50 pcs snacks and the order of  up to 1 box to 10, 50 and 100 boxes.

CUSTOMER PROVIDES SHIPPING ADDRESS: Employer or the person placing the order can provide all shipping addresses. This can be completed by inputting all individual addresses into sheet and then uploading the sheet through our Upload list form mentioned on Shukran Habibi Corporate Gift page.

SNACKS FOR EVENTS

The Jumbo Shukran Habibi Snack box, an ideal snacking option for any occasion or event, whether it's a corporate event, home event or party. This box is filled with a mouth-watering selection of treats, snacks, and beverages that will keep your guests, team members and event attendees satisfied and energized all day long. One Jumbo Shukran Habibi Snack Box contain 150 pcs of snacks.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS 

Return: Snacks are not returnable after purchase. As we are considered food and beverage, we do not accept returns.

Refund: However, we will happily issue a refund incase if you will not receive your order. Please reach out if you haven’t received your Shukran Habibi Snack box yet. We will work with you to either a) send a new box b) issue a Discount code so you can use it to place a new order 

PRIVACY

Shukran Habibi will use any personal data you supply through this site in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATIONS

Subscribers may cancel their membership anytime. To cancel an active subscription, visit the “Contact” page. From there, customers can provide the order details and then we will cancel the subscription. You will keep on receiving Snack boxes for the duration of the charged subscription. For example, if you subscribe and pay for 6 months subscription and you cancel your subscription after 2 months then remaining subscription amount of 4 months will only be refund to you.

If you would no longer like to receive snack box and your subscription is currently active, you are solely responsible for cancelling your subscription before it renews.

All sales are final. Refunds are processed on a case by case basis at the sole discretion of Shukran Habibi.

INDEMNIFICATION AND DEFENSE

As a condition of the use of the Site, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Shukran Habibi and its respective employees, directors, officers, agents, vendors, and suppliers from and against any liabilities, losses, investigations, inquiries, claims, suits, damages, costs, and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses) (each, a “Claim”) arising out of or otherwise relating to your use of the Site, including without limitation any User Content submitted by you and Claims alleging facts that if true would constitute a breach by you of these Terms & Conditions.

USER SUBMITTED CONTENT

We are not responsible or liable for the conduct of users or for any views, opinions and statements expressed in Content submitted for public display through our Website.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

Under no circumstances will we be liable for any loss or damage caused by your use of the Products or your reliance on information in any content on this Website.

Accordingly, if you choose to access the website, products, or services of Shukran Habibi, you agree to do so subject to the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
